Mews, it was one of those LJ glitches. They happen to me all the time! I post something and nothing appears, I re-post and end up with two. Or I get an email notification of someone's reply, read it, go to the actual thread of comments and, Lo, there's nothing there. I close the site, answer it on my email, re-open it later and magically they both appear.

Of course you may friend this journal! I only post this stuff so that Frodo fans can enjoy them, save them, whatever. I only ask if you post or link a "Frodo Art Travesty" somewhere else that you credit it and identify the painter of the source picture, if possible - I have them noted in my own file titles but they get cut off by Photobucket, unfortunately.

I haven't done that many sets of screencaps, as you will see when you click the "frodo screencaps" tag, but I cap them for their beauty - whether utterly hot, whimsical, dramatic, funny, enchanting, or just plain endearing, not because they demonstrate EW's acting specifically. Therefore I can end up capping moments that are mere "nothings" in the film, I just like the way his face looks.

Anyway, thank you for commenting! If you ever lose your manip link, it's on my User Info Page. The "tags" feature will only link you to Art Travesties I have featured since I opened my LJ. Most of the manips were made before that.

P.S. I see we love the same screencap of Frodo in his opening cart ride scene! *big smile*

Ah, there's nothing like wiling away the hours looking at gorgeous shots of Frodo and EW. I am guilty of spending far too many doing so. *guilty face*
