Ahahaha!!! Charles and Elsa are little Goth kitties!!! (-: Those poses:

Charles: I vant to suck your blood, my sweet Elsa!
Elsa: Oh Charles, yes!!!

I do hope the tests will come out clear for Angelo. Will keep my fingers crossed for him.

The looks on Angelo's face in the two before the last pic are just priceless! LOL!!!!

Pic #3--
Angelo: You love me, and only me, and you want me closest to you, don't you?

Pic #4--
Angelo: Well, I'm going to make that happen, right now. Watch me, my love!
Charles : *nothing going on between the ears*

Pic #5:
Angelo: Mmmmmm . . .
Charles: What happened? How did I get here? There must be some mistake . . .

Their eye colors are just amazing. I've never lived with a meezer with eyes that deep a blue.

HA HA HA HA!!!! I loved your dialogue for the cats, Lavender. Thanks for writing it down so I could read it, too. :)

Angelo's creatinine level was nearly as high as before, unfortunately. Not "kidney failure", mind, but a level for kidneys not doing their job the way they should. The vet, however, thinking back to his last testing, when he tested the urine for concentration--and the test was good, ordered a urine sample this Friday. So this coming week we'll see if that has continued to be good. In that case, he said, he's going to suggest Angelo continue on the kidney-kind food and the supplement, but cut down the hydration to once every two weeks. If he then maintains on that, at least I won't have to take him in every week and more. Not only is that costly (17.40 a pop plus the cost of the bag when they have to order a new one), I don't like having to go there all the time, and Angelo doesn't like it any better. :)

You're welcome. (-:

I'll keep my fingers crossed for Angelo. And yeah, I havetot go to the vet once a month to get Science Diet prescription r/d--the diet food--mostly for Saki because she is a pudge, but Moo is following her in pudginess. I love the way a pudgy cat looks and feels, but I want to keep them healthful, and able to lick their butts--which I think is a measure of a cat's waistline. (-; And Tuxie is in good form, so the diet food isn't hurting him any. How do you keep the other two from eating Angelo's food, and Angelo from eating theirs? It's so hard with multiple cats.

Angelo doesn't much like the food the younger cats eat. He has a couple of licks of it sometimes, but that's all. They absolutely, positutely won't *touch* his food. If I mix some into their food, they eat around it and leave it there, every nugget, even if I cut down on their portions so that they're hungry. Like theirs, Angelo's food is measured, something we did to get our truly fat cat, Raoul, on a diet that worked. (Getting older he developed arthritis, and his extra weight made his joints hurt a lot more, which was very obvious when he had to walk down the steps or jump down from something.) Before this kidney function scare, the vet thought Angelo should get back down to his previous weight, since he's getting older. But he pretty much eats what we measure out for him anyway. He usually leaves some in his bowl. If he seems to want more, I give it to him, because losing weight is something we no longer want him to do.
